"White, black, and grey, with all their trumpery."
The second version of Twin Elements was my first attempt to bring in personal symbolism. The design shows the classic optical illusion, black squares on white background, where grey spots seem to appear at the corners. There is a similarly sharp contrast between my own heart and mind, and, sometimes, a similar illusion of compromise. This layout was probably the one that was the most meaningful, but also the most visually boring. |
